Worker's Union: Overtime

The end of the road, but there is work to be done.

Day in, day out, you work at an office, given tasks on the computer and complete them in an orderly fashion. You spend time with your co-workers as they complete their task as you complete yours.

But there's something wrong here. you can't put your finger on it, but it's all this hard work and everyone is tired.

You have to do something. Break the cycle of constant work.

 

 

 

Worker's Union: Overtime is a First-Person puzzle game where you play as an office worker wanting to be free from the office. Stuck in a 3-minute time loop, you attempt to free your co-workers from their boring jobs by helping them and unionising against the boss of the office.

This game was developed by a team of ~20, made in 4 days, for the GMTK Game Jam 2025 with the theme "Loop."
